Justin Poore, DO

Family Medicine

Dr. Poore joined the Family Care Center in 2003. He grew up in Scott City, KS and attended Fort Hays University in Hays, KS. He then attended medical school at Des Moines University of Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa from 1996-2000. Dr. Poore completed his residency in Family Medicine at Kansas University School of Medicine, Smoky Hill Family Practice Residency in Salina, KS from 2000-2003 and is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Poore sees patients of all ages in the Concordia, Jamestown, and Clyde clinics and performs EGDs and colonoscopies. He also makes monthly visits to local nursing homes for the convenience of his patients. Dr. Poore resides in Concordia with his wife, Traci, three daughters and son. He enjoys hunting, fishing, training Labrador Retrievers, and KU athletics.
