Dr. Brian Pavey, DO

Nephrology

Dr. Pavey is a board-certified nephrologist specializing in kidney and hypertension care. He joined Mowery Clinic in 2009 and provides comprehensive management of complex kidney conditions and difficult-to-control high blood pressure. His clinical interests include diabetic and hypertensive kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and electrolyte and acid-base disorders. Dr. Pavey earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2004. He completed his internal medicine residency and fellowship in nephrology and hypertension at the University of Missouri Hospitals and Clinics. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both nephrology and hypertension. Dr. Pavey is an active member of the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Nephrology, the American College of Osteopathic Internists, and the Renal Physicians Association, and is committed to delivering personalized, patient-centered care to optimize kidney health.
