2021 Values in Action Annual Award Winner

Cloud County Health Center today announced Kirstin Strait as the Values in Action Award Winner for 2021. The Values in Action Award is given to employees who have demonstrated extraordinary behavior that exemplifies any of the organization’s core values of patient centered, quality, trust, integrity and sustainability. Employees are nominated by other employees and a quarterly winner is announced. The CCHC administrative team has chosen Kirstin, Medical Assistant for the Family Care Center, as the overall 2021 winner for her continued focus on patient care.

“Kirstin doesn’t wait to be asked, she just responds when she sees a need,” said Dave Garnas, CCHC Administrator. “Patients always come first and Kirstin has demonstrated that time and time again. We are pleased to award her with the 2021 Values in Action Award.”

Kirstin has been awarded a certificate for her award along with $500 in chamber bucks.
