Community Input Needed: Cloud County Health Needs Assessment Survey Now Open

Published June 11, 2025

North Central Kansas Medical Center invites all Cloud County residents to participate in the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment Survey, open from June 11 through July 11. The survey is available HERE and is an important opportunity for community members to share their perspectives on the overall health and wellness of the region.

Conducted once every three years, this survey helps identify the most pressing health concerns facing Cloud County. Once the survey period closes, local stakeholders—including healthcare professionals, civic leaders, and public health experts—will review the results and work collaboratively to rank the most critical health needs. From there, a comprehensive action plan will be developed to address these issues with targeted, community-driven strategies.

“Your voice truly matters,” said Dave Garnas, NCKMC Administrator. “By taking just a few minutes to complete the survey, you’re helping to shape the future of healthcare and wellness in our region.”

All responses are anonymous, and the survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Topics include access to healthcare, mental health, chronic diseases, nutrition, and more.

Community input is vital. The success of this initiative depends on broad participation across all demographics and communities within Cloud County. Whether you're a lifelong resident or new to the area, your feedback will help ensure that health programs and resources are aligned with actual community needs.
