Family Care Center Offering Free Sports Physicals This Summer

The Family Care Center is once again making it easier for families to prepare for the upcoming school year by offering free sports physicals at its clinic locations in Jamestown, Clyde, and Concordia from June 16 through August 22, 2025.

These physicals are available by appointment only and can be scheduled by calling 785-243-4272.

To add convenience for families, the sports physicals can also be completed during the same visit as a well-child check or Kan Be Healthy appointment, ensuring students meet school and activity requirements while also receiving a comprehensive health review.

“Providing free sports physicals is one way we support the health and wellness of our area youth,” said Dave Garnas, NCKMC Administrator. “We want to help families get everything taken care of before the busy back-to-school season hits.”

Appointments are required. Families are encouraged to call early to secure a spot before the August 22 deadline.
