Family Care Center Offers Free Sports Physicals for Area Athletes

The Family Care Center is pleased to announce the return of free sports physicals for area athletes. These physicals, also known as pre-participation exams, are essential for ensuring athletes are healthy and ready to compete. The exams help identify any underlying health issues that might prevent safe participation in sports activities.

The free sports physicals will be available from June 17 to August 16

Appointments are at all Family Care Center locations in Clyde, Concordia, and Jamestown. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 785-243-4272. We encourage families to book early to secure an appointment before the deadline.

Athletes are asked to bring a signed and completed pre-participation physical evaluation form to their appointment.
