What are the signs of Pelvic Floor Issues?
- Urinary incontinence/frequency
- Constipation/fecal incontinence
- Tailbone pain
- Night time urination (more than 1 per night)
- Pelvic pain- associated with tampon use, sex
- Diastasis Recti (separation of abdomen muscles
How is it treated?
Patients should expect a 2 hour intake evaluation to assess hip/back mobility, assess abdominal separation, potential internal pelvic exam.
After intake, patients will meet with one of 2 trained therapists once a week for education and exercise. Treatment is completed within 1-3 months.

- Post chemo/radiation patients
- Pre and post partum patients
- Those experiencing prolapse
- Post-hysterectomy patients
- Those experiencing any of the above-mentioned ailments
