Visitor Policy and Entrance Information

Visiting hours are between 8:00am-8:00pm. Restrictions may apply to certain patients. Please check in at the nurses station prior to visiting.
For patient safety, we ask that visitors experiencing any illness symptoms to visit after their illness has resolved.
Patients and visitors may mask if they choose. Cloth masks should not be worn.
Patients experiencing any respiratory illness symptoms should mask.
Visitors between the ages of 6-12 must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors younger than 6 may visit with nurse permission.
Emergency Room nurses reserve the right to limit visitors.
All visitors are asked to wash their hands before visiting a patient room and after leaving.

Visitors and patients can enter through the main entrance doors or the lower level parking lot door from 7am-7pm Monday through Friday.
Visitors and patients must use the emergency room entrance from 7pm-7am Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Visitors and patients should push the button for entry.
If you or a loved one needs assistance into the building, please park in the spots with the bright yellow signs and call 785-243-1234. You will be instructed to tell the operator which stall you are parked in and an employee will meet you with a wheelchair.
If you are visiting for outpatient and emergency services, park in the lot in front of the emergency room entrance and enter there.
If you are visiting for the Family Care Center, lab, imaging, physical therapy, or specialty clinics, please park in the parking lot closest to the main entry.
If you are visiting to eat in our cafeteria or meet for a conference, the lower north parking lot will provide you with the easiest access.
